At Wooden Cork, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a specialized return process for damaged or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
Return Process

Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, the shipping box, and the packing slip to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos to request a return authorization.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
If a return is requested, place the items back in their original specialized packaging to ensure no further breakage occurs during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
