20 years. 2025 Release. Very Olde St. Nick — two full decades of aging from one of Kentucky's most respected independent bottling programs, the third 20-year expression in the VOSN lineup following the 2023 and 2024 releases.
Very Olde St. Nick is produced by the Hirsch family, whose name is synonymous with the rarest long-aged American whiskeys — the same family behind the legendary A.H. Hirsch Reserve 16 Year. The VOSN 20 Year program draws on the same philosophy: source the oldest, most mature Kentucky bourbon available, bottle it without compromise, and present it as a pure expression of extended aging.
At 20 years, the bourbon has spent twice the minimum age of the longest standard allocated releases — delivering the deep oak, dried fruit, and leather complexity that only two decades in a Kentucky rickhouse can produce. The 2025 release continues the annual cadence established by the program.
