Barrels produced in spring 2010 were aged for 11 years before bottling in 2021, following Heaven Hill's wheated bourbon mashbill that connects Old Fitzgerald to the same wheat-substituted grain recipe as Pappy Van Winkle and W.L. Weller. The diamond decanter format, introduced with the inaugural Spring 2018 release, remains the series' signature presentation.
