Mortlach âWee Witchieâ 12 Year Old is a âmeaty, sulphuryâ expression matured in American and European oak ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks to âshowcase Mortlachâs distillery characterâ. "In 1964, the distillery was largely rebuilt and today, houses a unique configuration of six stills. The stills â three wash stills and three spirit stills â are each different shapes and sizes (one still is nicknamed âWee Witchieâ because it is shaped like a witchâs cap), and arenât paired together.
