Calvados produced by the Domaine de Manoir de Montreuil in Montreuil-en-Auge, Calvados, in the Pays d’Auge appellation • Double distilled from 100% apples on a gas-fueled alembic pot still • Aged 3–5 years in well-seasoned oak casks • A nose of triple creme, gentian, white pepper, fresh linen, and green apple skin extends to the fiery palate, pleasant tannin and slight salinity lingering on the finish. • Created for cocktailing and bottled at a higher ABV than most Calvados to help retain structure when mixed
