High West Double Rye! — a blend of two straight rye whiskeys, a younger 2-year high-rye mashbill and an older expression from High West's own pot still, producing a spice-forward whiskey that delivers more complexity than either component achieves on its own.

High West Distillery, founded in Park City, Utah in 2006, built its reputation on the art of blending — sourcing exceptional aged rye stocks and combining them with their own production to create expressions unavailable from any single distillery. Double Rye! is the flagship of that philosophy: the younger column-still rye contributes bold cinnamon, clove, anise, eucalyptus, and evergreen gin-like flavors; the older pot-still rye from High West adds richer, bolder character with just enough caramel sweetness and woody vanilla to balance the bite. The result is a rye that is simultaneously bold and approachable — a go-to both for neat sipping and high-rye cocktails like the Manhattan or Sazerac.
