Peppermint and lemon zest on the palate diminish to a lingering finish of bruleed sugar • Traditionally chilled and enjoyed as a palate cleanser between fish and meat courses (known in France as a ‘Trou Gascon’) this blithe brandy is an intriguing replacement for pisco in cocktails
