Backbone Bone Snapper X-Ray 4 Yr Rye

A few years back we set out to create a handful of classic spirits that could stand alone on their own merits. We sought rich flavors that capture the classic profiles of these spirits from their earliest days. This is a reserve version of our regular Bone Snapper Rye which is bottled from 24-30 months old. It is a much richer version than the Bone Snapper original with a sweet but complex nose, and concentrated flavors exhibiting lots of caramel and butterscotch on the mid-palate with an extremely long and big finish.
